Is personalisation really free?
Yes. Every piece in the collection can be monogrammed at no extra cost, in any of the five foils.
How long does an order take?
Usually two working days before dispatch. Collect from the studio and we can often press it the same day.
Can you personalise items I supply?
In many cases. We'd recommend testing a sample first to confirm the material takes the stamp or engraving cleanly.
Can you add our company logo?
Often yes — it depends on the item, the artwork and the timeline. Mention it in your inquiry.
Do you travel outside Las Vegas?
Yes. We cover the Las Vegas valley as standard and take nationwide bookings, subject to travel fees.
Can a monogram be changed later?
No — each one is pressed by hand and permanent, so please check the spelling before adding to your bag.
